Hah, you should've seen me when I first read the things you guys had posted. I was freaking out and crying and since requests to the administrator to delete posts were being denied, I was even more a mess.
But then I decided to take the less confrontational route. Instead of turning this into some big messy deal with lawyers and court, I decided to do some damage control myself by letting you guys know how I personally felt and personally request you guys to delete your own posts. After being on this forum for a bit, you guys started agreeing with my requests to delete your posts and that was my main stress point. I just want to say thanks for understanding and not pushing me down the legal route.

There are plenty of good people in the UCSD community that do not have bad intentions, and will sympathize with fellow students. You personally coming out to chat with us (and post your blue steel haha) was a very bold but good move. Your appearance alone ended the confusion of which name to refer you as.
As for the "legal route", if the admin of this site is still being legally threatened, then you are still in fact taking the legal route, a "big messy deal with lawyers and court". How I see it, this issue is about you, and you alone decide whether to give the green light on the nasty lawsuit stuff.
He is your bf, and I'm sure he means well, but so does joe. If he is still suing, that must mean you are still unsatisfied with SDUnsensored or still have certain demands, cuz last time i checked, the plaintiff (you) must have a solid interest in pursuing legal action. So really, what more do you want of us? Just make your demands clear and simple. Well, I guess joe is negotiating that with the bloodsucking lawyer as we speak.....
Hope everything gets settled ok.

Agreed with spacemen 100%. I think it was very cool of you Evelyn to come out and voice your opinions here and get to know us. But the fact of the matter is that since there still seems to be legal action in the making, this issue is yet to be resolved.
I understand your bf is just trying to protect you but at some point he has to realize it really isn't worth it if you dont seem to be distressed by this anymore and its just gonna take a lot out of everybody. You gotta remember, the lawyers will cost more $$$ than ne of us will ever have.

Lawyers jobs are to scare the little guy so fuck them. If Joe ACTUALLY did NOT moderate this forum he would have no liability for his content. If the site was ACTUALLY uncensored he would have liability. It is a free forum. The content posted is the responsibility of the posters, not the host.
And no, I wouldn't jump in and save my girlfriend from hot water she purposely fell into. |

I'm sure that they never even had anything on you in the first place joe. not even the copyright bs. If anything, we, the members of sduncensored who give a damn, would have to play their same dirty games and just whoop their asses, literally. This is a very interesting snap shot of the future. In about 15 years time, when facial recognition software and the computing power of hardware has increased.. people will probably be able to "google" people just by taking their pictures. If a girl did porn 10 years ago, it is likely that a computer would be able to figure this out and tell people just via facial recognition software. You will probably also be able to tell if the guy on the bus next to you was very rich...
But I am wondering another thing.. from what I could tell about what people figured out about Evelyn, she was complaining on myspace about not having enough money then all the sudden not complaining.. and that coincided with her starting her part time job.
Now, it is a very slim chance that this is relevant, but if it is... it could have interesting implications to the myspace/facebook sites... Was she recruited via myspace? |

the DVD rips were plainly copyright infringement so those needed to go. besides that, he may or may not have had a case against me, but it wasn't really worth putting my house or car up for to give to the lawyer. |

Back when I was a freshmen I did a few scenes. The money was good, but it took me a little while to recover empotionally and my grades suffered a little bit. They were very helpful in psychological and counseling services. |
